Care Tips
Keeping your jewellery in great condition
To keep your pieces in top condition we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, cleaning, gardening and exercising.
Over time, silver jewellery can lose its shine and begin to tarnish. Tarnishing can be caused by chemicals, the environment and even sweat on your skin. To keep your jewellery clean and bright try to buff regularly with a polishing cloth, use a non-abrasive silver polish or clean with a soft brush and mild dish soap. You can also clean silver pieces in a small dish of baking soda and water.
To avoid excess tarnishing keep your jewellery away from household cleaning products, chlorine, moisturiser, sunblock, perfumes and hairspray.
Avoid leaving stone jewellery sitting in the sunlight for too long, as it can cause stone discolouration.
Store your jewellery separately to avoid scratches, ideally in a jewellery box or soft pouch and try to avoid storing multiple pieces together. Storing in an anti-tarnish bag or cloth can keep silver jewellery bright.
At the end of the day, wipe your jewellery with an anti-tarnish cloth before putting away to remove any lingering moisture or oils.
