Orders & Production
Production time varies between items and is noted in the product descriptions. This time does not include shipping and may increase during holiday periods. Orders of multiple items will be shipped together unless you request otherwise - you will need to email us to arrange a second shipping payment (this can sometimes help to avoid customs fees).
Once an order is put into production changes cannot be made, so please contact us at hello@unawaken.nz if you have any questions.
Because our items are individually handmade, there may be very minor variations.

Ready to Ship Items
Items marked ready to ship are polished and boxed up, ready to be sent with the next courier run. They require no further production time.
Shipping
We've taken care to only use trusted shipping partners, however once shipped we are unable to take responsibility for lost or delayed items.
Signature is required upon delivery for all purchases, so please consider this when choosing an address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
New Zealand Orders
Free shipping within New Zealand.
All local items will be shipped via NZ Post signature courier with tracking, unless otherwise stated. Tracking codes will be provided with the shipping confirmation email.
All orders are insured during shipping by NZ Post up to $2000.
Free International Shipping
Free express shipping is available to the following countries, minimum spend required.

International Orders
For international orders we ship with DHL, using the GoGreen carbon neutral service.
DHL provide full up to date tracking from the moment we book a pickup. Tracking codes will be provided with the shipping confirmation email.
Please note that international orders are not insured against damage or loss by default. DHL offers insurance at an additional cost, which is available to select in the cart.
Standard international orders take between 2-12 days to arrive, depending on your region. Unexpected COVID-related delays may result in extended shipping times. Please see shipping time estimates below.
Taxes and Duties
Product prices do not include taxes or duties.
We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties incurred on items entering your country, these must be paid for by the customer. Please be aware of your country's import policies before making your purchase.
